Not online — this page settles the balance in full so records stay unambiguous. For a partial payment or an arrangement, contact the society office; office-recorded payments appear in your same ledger.
No. Card details go straight to the payment processor and your society keeps only the last four digits for your records. If you enroll in auto-renew, the card is stored by PayPal against a reference token — the society still never holds the number.
Yes — the society's reminders carry a personal link that identifies you securely for this one page, which is why no sign-in is needed. It can only show your balance and take a payment; it opens nothing else. Don't forward it — it's yours — and note it expires 45 days after sending.
The major card brands — the form recognizes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover as you type.
Yes, through the office; when they record it, it appears in your Transactions ledger with the check number. The online page is the card road.
My Profile → Contact → Membership billing: set Auto-renew dues to Yes or No. Turning it on needs a card on file — “Manage card on file…” adds one with a $0 verification. Turning it off any time simply returns you to manual payment.
The annual charge would decline, and you'd be notified with a pay link and a card link. Replace the card on the card page (or just pay manually — that refreshes the stored card too), and auto-renew continues.
Refresh the dashboard — the dot reads the live balance and clears with it. If a dot persists after a confirmed zero balance on Transactions, contact the office with the payment date.
The society office — refunds and corrections are recorded by them as ledger entries, so your history stays complete.
The receipt states it the careful way: your contribution may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law — consult your tax advisor. The society can't give tax advice, but the emailed receipt (re-sendable any time from your Transactions tab) is the documentation you'd need.
The gift is recorded on your membership record — that's what makes receipts and history work. How donors are publicly recognized (if at all) is the society's policy; tell the office if you'd like your gift left unpublicized.
Yes — through the society office, which records such gifts directly. This page is the online card road for signed-in members.
Not on this page today — each gift is a single transaction. If recurring giving matters to you, tell the office; meanwhile the page makes a repeat gift a 30-second affair.
No — deliberately. Dues and donations are separate records with separate receipts. If you owe dues, the red dot remains until dues are paid on Pay My Dues.
Whatever the dropdown offers — that list is the society's current set of funds and purposes. If a cause you care about isn't listed, ask the office; adding a designation is quick on their side.
$5 to $10,000 online. For a larger gift, contact the office directly — they'll be glad to help arrange it.
My Profile → Transactions lists every DONATIONS row; each has a Receipt button that re-emails that gift's receipt. A few clicks covers the year.
